Are you looking to make the next step up in your UX career? Have you been working hard in a Team Lead or Deputy position, thinking your time to progress may never come? Are you already a UX Manager with desires of working in a globally recognised company? Are you sometimes partial to a German beer and sausage?!

Well - be excited! - because this brand new, unadvertised position within a massive online services company has just arisen. Our client is looking for someone with excellent UX design skills to step into a management role and become the point of expertise on all UX issues in the Berlin office.

If you've got the influence and vision to inspire the creation of top class User Experience Design, as well as the hands on skills to back it up, then we want to talk to you.

Duties of the role include:

- Overseeing design solutions across a multi-functional team
- Where necessary, creating concepts and prototypes (wireframes, user journeys, etc) and reviewing design content
- Directly managing others and ensuring high quality output in relation to guidelines
- Communicating and occasionally travelling between international offices

The role requires:

- The ability to communicate in English and German
- 6+ years experience within the industry
- Solid experience of design tools including Adobe Creative Suite and Axure, Visio, Omnigraffle etc
- A portfolio demonstrating work directly influenced by you. Evidence of design solution impact would also be beneficial, e.g.: analytics, KPI's, metrics
