Commercial & Executive - Applications / FAE

Our OEM client is looking for two Field Application Engineers (FAEs) to be based in the US. Your primary responsibilities will be enhancing technical relationships with Tier 1 accounts, providing the technical support and education to help aid design-ins.

One FAE will support RFIC products and hence will need a strong RF background, it is likely that you started your career in a design role and have some customer facing exposure already. Automotive experience would be extremely advantageous but the key skill required is a strong RF background at component or systems level.

The other FAE will support sensor products aimed at the automotive marketplace. Again automotive experience is preferred and you should have hands-on hardware and/or software design experience with the ability to conduct demonstrations at customer sites. Some customer-facing exposure is preferred.

In addition for both roles it is expected that you will degree qualified in electronics or a similar discipline and have a good technical grounding in design. You should have good communication and presentation skills and a willingness to travel.
