This is an opportunity to join a successful start up involved in advanced memory technology.

Situated at their site in the US you will be working in the Analog IC Design team. In collaboration with the memory architect, you will be involved in circuit design of custom analog support circuits for memory macros and will be responsible for the definition, design and verification of analog functions including sense-amplifiers, voltage regulators and charge pumps.

Industry degree qualified or equivalent, you will have established experience in Analog IC Design, knowledge of MOS device physics, schematics capture and spice-type simulator expertise. You will ideally have experience in Cadence Virtuoso, HSPICE and HSIM simulator expertise as well as experience in design at 90 nm and below.

Good communication skills in English required along with good team work and self motivation.
