Our client is now searching for a Senior Product Engineer to be responsible for the NPI, cost reduction and product maintenance for new and existing products. The role will involve working with marketing and R&D to ensure new products meet yield, cost and quality targets as well as leading cross disciplinary teams in the resolution of problems occurring in wafer fab, die sort, packaging and final test.

- Strong IC / opto-electronic product engineering experience within the high volume semiconductor manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of quality systems such as six sigma, corrective action reporting, 8D and failure analysis
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- BSc in Physics, Electronic Engineering or equivalent
