Our client, a successful international semiconductor manufacturer, currently seeks an experienced Analog IC Design Engineer for their design centre in Austria.

Working as part of an experienced team of designers within the RFID design group, you will be involved in Analog and Mixed Signal IC design and your design responsibilities will include:

- DC/DC converters, Bandgap references, Sensors, Oscillators, Contactless Front- Ends
- analog architecture development (high level modelling)
- specification of analogue blocks in deep submicron CMOS semiconductor processes
- Low Power/Low Voltage design techniques
- design, simulation and optimization of analogue building blocks
- development and implementation of test concepts (DfT)
- optimized layout of building blocks
- circuit and system evaluation, characterisation and qualification
- definition and debugging of production test
- documentation of design and evaluation results
- analog expert support for root cause analysis at ramp up and yield enhancement.

Industry degree qualified (or equivalent) the successful Analog/Mixed Signal IC Design engineer will have experience in analog design on transistor level design in CMOS using Cadence tools with experience in the design of op-amps, filters, comparators. Experience in layout techniques (DRC/LVS) is essential.

A strong team player and good communicator in English. Knowledge of the German language an advantage.
