Silicon - Mixed-Signal / Analog / RF IC Design

Our client, a multi-national company and industry leader in semiconductor design services for (IP) cores and wireless applications, is currently looking for an RF/Analog IC Design Engineer for their site in Austria.

Working on challenging designs and leading edge process technologies (0.18um and 0.09Um RF CMOS), you will be responsible for RF IC Design and specification in RF CMOS for transceiver products in 2.5 and 5 GHz band.

Industry degree qualified, you will have a proven track record of implementing RF ICs and in designing core circuits required in modern architecture transceivers such as LNAs, VCOs, active filters, mixers, synthesisers and A/D D/A convertors. Experience in wireless systems, RF packaging and evaluation techniques an advantage.

This position would suit a highly motivated team player with good communication skills in English.
