An opportunity has arisen for a Digital IC Design Engineer to join our international microelectronics client based in Austria.

The successful candidate will work as a key member of the SoC Design team, working on digital design and implementation (in VHDL), simulation and verification of ultra low-power digital blocks in CMOS. In addition you will support the concept engineering team and there will also be scope to gain experience of digital layout.

Requirements:
• a strong academic background / degree in Electrical Engineering
• solid skills in front-end RTL design and verification
• behavioural modelling of analog components
• low power design expertise
• VHDL skills required, SystemVerilog would be an added bonus
• eligibility to work in the EU.
