Our multinational client now requires an IC Test Development Engineer to be responsible for the development of test concepts for IC's (wafer level and package level test). The role will involve hardware development and design of test interface circuitry as well as ATE programming and product characterisation and qualification.

Required skills include;

- Strong knowledge of semiconductor IC test within a high volume manufacturing facility
- Understanding of Labview, C, C++ languages
- Ability to liase with different departments and subcon manufacturing sites
- BSc in Physics / Electronic Engineering or equivalent
