Our global client is currently searching for an IC Test Engineer to be responsible for test specification documentation and updates. Key words: IC Test Engineer with the following key skills: IC, test, semiconductor, engineer, Teradyne, ATE, test program, manufacturing, Halbleiter, jobs, Austria

The role will involve test program development as well as yield and customer reject analysis on ATE systems. Supporting production and product qualifications will also be part of the role.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications;
-    Strong semiconductor IC test experience within a manufacturing environment
-    ATE knowledge (Teradyne beneficial)
-    Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities
-    BSc. degree in engineering, physics, or equivalent
