Our client is currently looking for a MEMS Packaging Engineer to be responsible for package development and to carry out studies on new sensor products. The role will involve designing new products as well as working with the test and applications departments. Interfacing with the manufacturing processes and the R&D organization will be required.

Required attributes as follows:
- excellent packaging experience within the semiconductor industry
- MEMS product knowledge
- simulation tool experience
- excellent English communication skills (German beneficial)
- Degree in Physics, Engineering or equivalent.
