Semiconductor company seeks Senior Analog/Mixed Signal IC Layout Engineer. Experience is required in ESD, latch-up prevention and parasitic reduction, chip level layout, floor planning and assembly, German, team lead, leader, mentoring juniors, Coordinate the layout team.

Working in our client's office in Austria you will be responsible for the Layout of Mixed/Signal and Analog ICs targeted at commercial applications in high growth market sectors.

A self starter who shows initiative, but also works well in a team environment, you will be involved in the layout of Mixed/Signal cells according to wafer fab design rules. Whilst undertaking a lead layout function you will be coordinating a layout team, creating Mixed/Signal top level layout with support of automatic tools and drive information exchange between team members. The Layout activities include cell and block level creation, edit and full verification.

You will also be responsible for estimating layout timescales and re-estimations, continuous assessment and reporting timescale risks, you will be using Layout techniques for matching, ESD, Latch up prevention and parasitic reduction. Your responsibility will also include co-ordinating the layout phase of larger ICs. As part of your role, you will be expected to support the trainee program for junior layout engineers and mentor them.
