This is an excellent opportunity to manage a highly-skilled engineering team developing advanced semiconductor IC, RF products.

Based in Austria, you will manage a team of 25 engineers, with competencies in analog/mixed-signal and RF design, digital design, layout and firmware. Your technical experience in RF product design, will be required to support the development activity from product concept and definition through to delivery. You will provide the interface between your team and customers, internal marketing and other product support groups.

In addition, your management skills will cover people management (recruiting, motivation, compensation, administration etc.), project and resource management for both internal and external resources being part of your main tasks.
