My client is a recognised technology leader in power semiconductors and requires an experienced Analog/Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer for their design centre in Austria.

In this role the Senior Analog/Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer will be responsible for the design and verification for Mixed-Signal products for Automotive applications.

Main tasks will include:

·    Specification, design and development of analog/mixed signal ICs
·    Simulation and verification of CMOS circuits
·    Design for manufacturability, design for test
·    Analysis and debugging of new products
·    Creation and patenting of new IP
·    Analog and System test-development support

Industry degree qualified the successful applicant will have established experience in a similar role including experience in CMOS processes, design tools, low power design, power management principles and layout techniques.

Strong communication skills and proficiency in English required with knowledge of the German language highly preferred.
