Our client is currently searching for a Senior IC Test Development Engineer to be responsible for the development of characterization and production test programs for IC devices. The role will involve developing DFT methods as well as transferring test solutions to international sites. Improving yield and supporting continuous improvement will be an important part of the role.

The successful IC Test candidate will have the following qualifications;

-    Strong semiconductor Test experience within high volume environment
-    Knowledge of Teradyne ATE platform
-    Excellent communication skills - English
-    BSc. degree in engineering, physics, chemistry or material science
