Our international client is now searching for a Senior IGBT Process Integration Engineer to be responsible for developing new high voltage products. The role will involve process development and working in close collaboration with the R&D teams.

Required skills for the Senior Process Integration Engineer will include the following;

- strong semiconductor integration process experience
- excellent semiconductor manufacturing background
- IGBT knowledge
- strong communication skills (German and English)
- BSc in Physics / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
