Our international client is now searching for a Senior Process Integration and Device Engineer - Automotive to be responsible for designing new process concepts and the coordination of process development, planning and process experiments. The role will involve supporting physical analysis as well as competitor analysis.

Required skills for the Senior Process Integration and Device Engineer - Automotive will include the following;

-    Strong semiconductor integration process experience
-    Excellent semiconductor manufacturing background
-    Automotive and MOSFET industry knowledge
-    Excellent Project Management and strong communication skills (English)
-    BSc in Physics / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
