Our client, a progressive and successful start up company is looking for a Senior RF IC Design Engineer for their design centre in Austria.

You will be responsible for the design, layout and optimisation of RF/mixed signal ICs for RF transceivers. You will be working on block and system design, layout, and circuit system evaluation/characterization. You will be involved in product test strategies and will have client customer contact.

Industry degree qualified or equivalent, you will have experience in RF/mixed signal design of radio transceivers or transceiver blocks and in RF measurement techniques as well as evaluation and characterization of RF circuits.

Ideally you will have a working knowledge in low power analog circuit design, RF transceiver architectures using digital signal processing and CMOS. Good communication skills in English is essential and knowledge of the German language an advantage.
