Forward moving semiconductor company based in Austria seeks a Senior RF/Mixed Signal IC Design engineer.

In this role you will be responsible for Mixed Signal & RF IC designs and will be working on DSL programs, WLAN (Mixed Signal & RF) or optical (high speed mixed signal, optical interfaces).

The successful RF/Mixed Signal IC Designer will have experience in a similar role and will have knowledge in standard CMOS 130nm and 65nm with a good understanding of the various design and CAD tools.

Experience in Analog/RF design concept development and measurement could also be of interest with experience in project management an advantage.

Excellent communication skills in English is required with knowledge of the German language a definite advantage.
