Our international client is now searching for a Silicon Carbide / GaN Process Engineer to be responsible for developing new high voltage products. The role will involve process development and working in close collaboration with the R&D teams.

Required skills for the SiC / GaN Process Engineer will include the following;

- Strong semiconductor process experience
- Excellent semiconductor manufacturing background
- SiC / GaN knowledge
- Strong communication skills (German and English)
- BSc in Physics / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
