Our international client is currently looking for a CMP Process Engineer to work on the Chemical Mechanical Polishing processes and equipment. The role will involve process development and process improvement. Interfacing with different departments will be a critical part of the role.

Required experience will be as follows,

-    Strong semiconductor equipment experience within a high volume manufacturing environment
-    CMP process experience
-    Knowledge of CVD and metal deposition processes
-    HND/ Degree in Electronics, Physics or related discipline
