An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Analog/RF IC Design Engineer to join a technology leader in wireless communications and digital multimedia solutions technology.

In this position you will be responsible for designing circuit functions for power management in wireless communication products, such as low quiescent current and high PSRR LDO / DC-DC step-up / down converter within the standard CMOS process.

Other tasks include defining IP blocks specifications, performing full cycle of IP development responsibilities, from circuit simulation, chip verification to prototype evaluation.

Industry degree qualified (or equivalent) you will have established experience in Analog/RF IC designs relating to power management ideally with experience of seeing designs through to mass production.

Familiarity with high-voltage device and high-voltage pad with ESD protection ideal with a good understanding in CMOS process technology and with Cadence design flows, including composer, spectre, spectre-RF.

Good communication skills in English are required with Mandarin a strong advantage. You will be self-motivated, a strong team player and harness excellent problem solving skills.

There is scope in this role to train more junior engineers on the team.
