Our international client is now searching for an IC Test Engineering Manager to be responsible for managing the test department within the Test Engineering and Operations Group. The role will involve working with production test and detailing test plans, as well as writing test solutions for wafer probe and final test. Improving yields will be expected as well as mentoring junior engineers.

Required skills for the successful IC Test Engineering Manager will include the following:

- Strong semiconductor IC test background
- Experience with writing ATE test programs
- Knowledge of the semiconductor manufacturing environment
- Management and leadership experience
- Mandarin language skills essential
- BSc in Physics / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
