Our client, a top-ranking semiconductor company for wireless and consumer products, is seeking a Digital Physical Design Engineer to join their R&D facility in Taiwan.

As a member of the R&D Engineering team, you will be working on a wide range of cutting-edge products for wireless communication and consumer multimedia devices, covering the digital back-end physical design flow. Your main responsibilities will include synthesis, physical synthesis, static timing analysis (STA), floorplanning, place and route (P&R) and design rule checking (DRC).

Requirements:
- a BSc/BEng/MSc qualification in Electronic Engineering / Computer Science or similar
- a number of years experience in a digital physical design role; skills in floorplanning, P&R, LVS/DRC
- a strong work ethic, and an ability to work alone or as part of a team.
