Our client, a world leading semiconductor foundry, is currently searching for a Process Integration Deputy Director to be responsible for a team of process integration engineers. The role will involve managing process development and transfers as well as yield improvement programs and new technology introductions.


The successful candidate will have the following qualifications;
- Strong knowledge of device physics and process integration
- Process integration experience within a high volume manufacturing facility
- Ability to lead and motivate international teams
- Masters/PhD degree in engineering, physics or equivalent
