Our client, a world leading semiconductor foundry, is currently searching for a Semiconductor Integration Engineer / Manager. The role will involve performing feasibility studies, milestone definition and qual plan creation for CMOS integration. Developing and characterizing integrated processes for sub-micron CMOS devices will be required as well as solving integration issues. Yield and reliability enhancement will be a crucial part of the role.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications;
- Strong knowledge of device physics
- Process integration experience within a high volume manufacturing facility
- Ability to work with internal customers and various teams within the company
- Masters/PhD degree in engineering, physics or equivalent
