Our client is a technology leader in semiconductors for wireless communications and digital multimedia solutions.

They currently seek an Analog/RF IC Design engineer to be responsible for the design of circuit building blocks for RFIC solutions and high performance circuit development for RF transceivers, frequency synthesizers and VCOs.

Industry degree qualified (or equivalent) you will have established experience in a wide range of RF IC Designs including several of the following:

-LNAs, Mixers, Modulators, RF PGAs and Power Amplifiers
-telecommunication engineering related to Analog/RF IC Design
-frequency synthesizers - Integer-N or Fractional-N PLL, PFD/CP, VCO, Crystal Oscillators
-Analog circuits - VGA, Filter techniques, ADC/DAC
- CMOS and BiCMOS process technology
-Strong foundation in RF theory and circuit analysis is a must

Good communications skills in English is required with Mandarin a strong advantage. You will be self motivated and a strong team player.
