Our client is an international leading edge technology company who currently seek an experienced RF IC Design engineer for their design centre in Singapore.

In this role you will be responsible for designing circuit blocks for RF IC solutions and high performance circuit development for RF transceivers, frequency synthesisers and VCOs.

Industry degree qualified (or equivalent) the successful RF IC Design Engineer will have established experience in Analog/RF IC Design with experience in designing a wide range of circuit functions such as RF circuits – LNA, Mixer, Modulator, RF PGA, Power Amplifiers, Frequency synthesisers – Integer-N or Fractional-N PLL, PFD/CP, VCO, Crystal Oscillators and Analog circuits – VGA, Filter techniques, ADC/DACs.

A good understanding of CMOS and Bi-CMOS process technology is required along with a strong foundation in RF theory and circuit analysis.:
