Snr/Exec pre-IPO package
Our client is a dynamic pre-IPO company developing leading edge capital equipment and processes for the semiconductor manufacturing industry.

They now seek an experienced director / executive with specific semiconductor capital equipment experience. The position requires an individual who has managed the design, development and delivery of complex capital equipment, including managing teams of mechanical, software, electronic and electrical engineers. Supply chain experience and awareness of process development is also key.

Responsibilities will include:

- Working with applications / commercial teams to understand customer requirements
- Cooperating with process development teams and understanding how their activities will impact on equipment design
- Leading and motivating a talented team of experienced equipment engineers
- Negotiating with suppliers and establishing efficient, cost effective supply chain
- Ensuring timely delivery of high quality, best in class complex capital equipment
