This is an opportunity to join a global leader in semiconductor design for the automotive market.

Based at their site in the South of France, you will be responsible for the design of RF and microwave blocks in SiGe BiCMOS technology, defining the transmitter and receiver architecture and integration.

You will be working closely with the RF R&D centre and will be supporting the new product development team during the validation and qualification phases.

Experience required in RF or MM IC design with knowledge of Cadence environment, ADS and electromagnetic simulation tools. Established knowledge of RF measurement essential.

Good communications skills in French and English required along with the ability to work well within cross-site teams.
