Our client is a growing, well funded SME which has developed a patented technology which offers flexibility and cost reduction to mobile operators and users.

Their products are complex RF boards, incorporating bought in as well as IC designed in house. The company has been outsourcing the prototype manufacturing activities to date, but as they approach high volume manufacturing they now need an experienced, senior / executive operations / manufacturing professional.

The successful candidate MUST have deep experience of RF board manufacture - semiconductor experience is not sought.

Taking full responsibility for the company's manufacturing activities, the successful individual will implement all systems from scratch, including ERP, quality, supply chain and defect analysis and reduction. Over time you will also grow a team across vendor management, product engineering and quality.

This is a critical role within the company - the workplace is English speaking therefore German skills are not essential, however a willingness to start learning immediately and integrate into a proactive and entrepreneurial culture is required.
