Our client, a world leader in DRAM memory products for the computing, infrastructure, graphics, mobile and consumer areas is seeking a Physical Design Engineer to join them at their design centre in Munich, Germany.

You will be involved in the definition of Flash memory cell design rules (together with technology development), floorplanning and estimation, macro integration, top level integration, DRC/LVS verification, chip tape out and CATS data verification.

You will be industry degree (or equivalent) qualified with relevant CAD experience and substantial physical design knowledge. You should be familiar with the Cadence design environment. An excellent communicator, you should be fluent in English with some basic German.
