Our international client now requires an IC Product Engineer to ensure manufacturability of new products within the development phase. Analysing production and test data will be required as well as yield improvement activities. Quality management will also be critical to the role.

Required skills for the IC Product Engineer include:

- strong semiconductor manufacturing and product engineering experience
- good background in design, process, test disciplines (yield, quality, cost)
- excellent communication and analytical skills
- degree or equivalent qualifications.
