Our client is currently searching for a Photolithography Process Engineer to be based in Dresden. In this role you will be responsible for the successful installation, ramp up to production and stable operation of the photolithography tool. More specifically, responsibilities of the role will include:
# Ensuring the successful transfer of the photolithography processes from the company's UK site to Dresden.
# Setting up and integrating the new tool with third party development equipment.
# Working with the integration engineers to establishing a program of continuous process yield enhancement, aided by a range of test and metrology equipment.
# Providing training to relevant technicians.
The successful candidate for the role will ideally have a background in the semiconductor/IC industry with proven experience in a manufacturing environment. In addition to this, the following attributes are highly desirable:
# Practical experience with photolithography equipment in a production environment.
# Experience of an environment of continuous process improvement (yield enhancement).
# Fluency in English and German beneficial
