Our client is currently searching for a Process Engineer to join their Lithography Engineering team. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for the constant improvement and optimisation of the company's unit processes and litho tools. More specifically, responsibilities include:
# Systematically analysing and optimising existing development and process methodologies.
# Analysing key performance indicators to improve line and process performance.
# Day-to-day controlling and monitoring of lithographic production tolls and processes.
# Developing innovative lithographic processes for pilot lines.

The company is ideally looking for someone with a high standard of education - preferably a degree in material science, physics or chemistry, with the ability to develop a sound understanding of litho unit processes, e.g. resist coating, PEB, exposure. In addition to this, the successful candidate will ideally have:
# Experience in semiconductor processing or mask manufacturing.
# Excellent communication skills in English and German.
# Good teamwork and analytical skills.
# An understanding of development methods and statistical control processes.
