My client is a well established, and global provider of semiconductor IC devices, into a broad range of technology markets. Due to an internal change, and opportunity has been created for a Senior Quality Director, to assume overall responsibility for one of their business unit's quality activities.

The successful Quality Director will take a leadership role for a small team, circa. 20 staff, focussed on the qualification, reliability and compatibility for devices created within this business unit, and be chartered with the creation of a lab to conduct application level testing of these parts. The individual will establish and maintain the complete quality function: people, process, methods & tools.

It is expected you will bring significant experience in Quality & Reliability, deploying Quality Management Systems within a large corporate environment.
