Our client is now searching for a Semiconductor Epitaxy / MOCVD Engineer to be responsible for production control and epitaxy development of products on MOCVD systems. The role will involve characterisation of wafers as well as ensuring a stable manufacturing environment and yields.

Required skills for the Equipment Engineer will include the following;

- Strong semiconductor epitaxy experience
- Excellent MOCVD knowledge
- Previous experience of semiconductor manufacturing
- Strong communication skills
- BSc in Physics / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
