Our client is a venture backed company developing RF technology for mobile wireless infrastructures. They seek a Senior RF IC Design Engineer for their site in the South of Germany.

Responsibilities will include schematic design of RF circuits such as PLLs, clock generators, amplifiers, filters and digital circuits. You will oversee layout and lab evaluation measurements and will also be involved in GHz / Gbps designs and transferring prototypes to mass production.

Industry degree qualified (or equivalent), you will have established experience in the design of RF modules, RF boards or high speed digital boards, including schematic and layout. Simulation experience with circuit simulators for analyses of RF, microwave or high-speed digital circuits required.

Good communication skills in English is a must with a knowledge of the German language an advantage.
