Our client is currently searching for a Product Development Engineer to be responsible for transferring new IC components and assemblies from development into production. The role will involve driving product qualification with internal test departments and external test houses as well as providing support for QA. Travel to the US and Asia may be required.

Required experience will be as follows:

-    Semiconductor product engineering experience
-    NPI and Quality and Reliability knowledge
-    Knowledge of the semiconductor manufacturing world
-    Excellent communication skills
-    BSc Physics, Electrical or related discipline
