Our client is currently searching for a Senior Process Development Engineer to be responsible for the process development within the electroplating, cleaning and other wafer processing areas. The role will involve interacting with chemists, process engineers as well as suppliers and vendors.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications;
- Strong semiconductor process experience within a high volume manufacturing environment (electroplating, lithography, PVD)
- Design of experiments (DOE) experience
- Familiarity with inspection and metrology tools (SEM, FIB, microscopes, probers)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with different departments
- MSc. / PhD degree in engineering, physics, or equivalent
