Massively successful semiconductor giant seeks a Digital Physical Design engineer to join its development team in the South East.

The role involves the implementation of complex digital designs on mixed signal ICs. It covers all of the activities associated with digital physical design such as synthesis, layout, timing and power analysis, DFT insertion, logical equivalence, LVS, DRC and simulation.

Key responsibilities include:
- Digital implementation of complex mixed signal ICs
- Verification and sign-off of ICs for tapeout
- Contributing to the infrastructure and automation of digital physical design flows

Essential requirements:
- Good honours degree from a leading institution
- Strong experience in digital physical design, digital implementation and verification
- Scripting skills in a Linux environment

Desirables:
- Familiarity with Synopsys tools
Experience with Verilog, perl, TCL, shell scripts
