Our client based in Cambridge is looking to recruit a Mechanical Design engineer to join their rapidly growing team.

Responsibilities include all aspects of the Product mechanical design including test fixtures, components, fibre handling trays and enclosures. The role also involves producing detailed thermal analysis of critical components and sub-systems.

The successful candidate will have a good degree in a relevant mechanical design subject, knowledge of thermal analysis software tools such as Flowtherm and knowledge of Pro/ Engineer, Solid Designer or an equivalent design package.
