My client located in Cambridgeshire is looking with immediate effect for a Product Test & Development Manager on a initial 3 month contract. Based in the comms industry the successful candidate will be involved with the transfer of production test systems into manufacturing sites and support and monitor maintenance of these in production.

Requirements:

Must be comfortable with PCB, RF test with a general hardware/ design and development background being highly desirable.
Electronic circuit design (Test PCB’s)
Will have managed a Test Department or a team of Test Engineers.
Ability to read product schematics (mixed signal) and define test methods, write test scripts comfortable with ATE.
Development and production (transfer and set-up) experience.
Understands and is practiced in product development processes and the phased approach to projects.
Has a very good understanding of both lab and production test equipment and processes.
Use of Matlab & Labview
