Outstanding Cambridge client specialising in innovative consumer display technologies is seeking an experienced and proven project manager.

Key requirements:

- Previous software development experience working with complex multi-threaded C++ systems
- In-depth graphics software or display hardware experience
- Project management - a proven ability to start up, run and deliver multiple complex projects to challenging deadlines
- Leadership - the ability to construct, supervise, lead and motivate engineering teams across different disciplines
- People management - excellent communication skills to successfully interact with customers, engineers, managers and executives
- Team working - to become part of the project team and be flexible in approach
- The ability to focus an engineering project team, and to generate and maintain a good work ethic and team focus
- A background in software or hardware development
- A focus on delivery, and a desire to see projects through to completion
- Awareness of, and a pragmatic attitude towards, quality processes and techniques
