This is technical embedded software Field Applications Engineering vacancy is with one of the most successful semiconductor companies and will be tasked with managing all aspects of applications support for our clients top tier customers.

Due to the technically challenging and stimulating nature of this role candidates will have proven embedded software development skills, writing and debugging embedded software source code in C. A knowledge of or familiarity with wireless communications (RF Principles; power, frequency, intermodulation and spurious), hands on experience of using test equipment such as Spectrum analyzer, Bluetooth & WiFi testers, etc. Plus good knowledge of hardware interfaces - UART, SDIO, USB and SPI.


This role would suit either an experienced Software Applications Engineer from the Semiconductor industry or a development engineer seeking a move in to ta more commercially focused role.
