Exceptional opportunity for a Digital ASIC Design Engineer to join a fabless semiconductor company leading the latest developments in mobile graphics.

Our client has been steadily and consistently growing over the past year, and is now looking for a motivated ASIC designer to join their state-of-the-art development centre in Ireland. This is a really interesting, varied role which will involve a large amount of hands-on digital design work intermixed with periodic customer and conference visits abroad.

The successful engineer will have:

- BSc / MSc degree in Electronic Engineering or similar field
- a number of years prior digital ASIC design experience; expertise in RTL coding and verification
- experience with VHDL, SystemC and ideally SystemVerilog
- Static Timing Analysis (STA)
- Design for Test (DfT)
- experience in low power design as well as knowledge of the Synopsys tool kit would be a great plus
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
