The Project Manager will be responsible for initiation. planning, execution, control and closure of all assigned NPI and process improvement projects. Other responsibilities will include identification and implementation of continuous improvements for project management tools/methods.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills for both internal/external and proven high level Project Management capability with the ability to lead teams, manage projects and solve problems in a demanding engineering environment. Technical knowledge should include RF, Microwave or Communications.
