Our client is driving innovation by providing better performing antennas for a range or products.
Due to continued growth, this client now need to hire a Principal RF Engineer, whose main responsibilities will be to:

· Development and design of new antenna products
· Timely delivery of new antenna products, including design package, test report and acceptance report
· Management of more junior members of staff, including engineers and technicians
· Technical liaison with customers, including technical support
· Writing and presentation of technical papers at wireless industry conferences

The successful candidate will have a technical degree or equivalent and solid antenna design or development experience. In addition, people management and/or supervisory experience and project management experience is also required.
