Working in our client's office in Edinburgh, you will be responsible for the layout of mixed-signal and analog ICs targeted at commercial applications in high growth market sectors.

A self starter who shows initiative, but also works well in a team environment, you will be involved in the layout of mixed-signal and analog ICs ranging from simple analog cell layout and verification right through to managing a full/semi-custom chip layout across multiple sites. As part of your role, you will take part in weekly meetings/reporting and be expected to take part in project documentation.

Successful candidates can expect to work on interesting projects in a company is known for its engineering excellence and niche product sectors. Candidates with established experience in CMOS, mixed signal layout environment are invited to apply.

Experience in power management, audio or imaging layout ideal. Knowledge of the Cadence suite of engineering tools - Virtuoso, ICC, and Assura would be preferable.
