Our Buckinghamshire based client is looking for a qualified engineer with knowledge of industrial manufacturing design, using 3D- cad and using Solidworks to join their Industrial Analysis team. In addition, you should have some experience of working with production and field support engineers, new production development projects and been involved in purchasing and sub-contracting the production of prototype mechanical parts. Any knowledge of assembly and the testing of prototype designs and the introduction of new products into manufacture would be an advantage.

The successful candidate should have some knowledge of precision mechanical systems, mechanisms, opto mechanical, electro-mechanical systems and electronics packaging. They should also have knowledge of castings, machined components, sheet metal and mouldings. They will understand management information databases and complete documentation of design.
