Our client now requires an IC Product Engineer to be responsible for supporting yield, quality and cost reduction projects. Introducing new products will be part of the role as well as developing IC packaging projects. The ability to travel to Asian subcons will be required.

Required skills for the Senior IC Product Engineer include;

-    Strong semiconductor manufacturing product experience
-    Familiarity with the high volume wafer fab environment
-    Knowledge of IC Packaging
-    Excellent communication skills
-    Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent qualifications
